License & Cancellation Policy

Before Digital Content Is Provided

You may request cancellation before provision. Where Korean consumer law applies, the ordinary withdrawal period is 7 days after the contract document or later supply commencement. Missing required disclosures can affect the period. We assess actual provision records; payment or approval alone is not conclusive proof of provision.

Payment alone does not activate your license. We verify the PayPal order and approve the license before downloads become available in My Page. The purchase record identifies the seller, USD total, scope, policy version, delivery schedule and your confirmations. PDF files identify your account email or, for PRO/MASTER under the approval policy, your approved brand, together with your permanent License ID. SVG is included only where available. After Digital Content Is Provided

Change-of-mind withdrawal may be restricted after digital provision begins only when statutory conditions, advance notice and required trial or preview measures are satisfied. Unprovided portions of divisible content remain subject to review. No blanket digital no-refund rule applies, and a delivery acknowledgement does not waive statutory rights.

Defective or Incorrect Files

For non-delivery, defects or supply that differs from the contract, contact support for investigation and lawful remedies. Korean law provides separate rights for nonconforming supply, with 3-month and 30-day periods tied to supply and when the issue was known or should have been known. Their application and deadlines require individual review; change-of-mind restrictions do not override mandatory remedies.

MASTER Partner Services

Digital patterns, branding work, the physical plaque and written advisory are reviewed by component and stage. We do not automatically retain the full bundle price because one component was used. Plaque production and delivery are coordinated directly with the operators by email after administrator approval. Plaque shipping is included in the USD 1,490 total; no additional shipping fee is charged after purchase. Customs and import duties or taxes imposed locally remain the recipient’s responsibility where applicable. Any restriction for genuinely custom-made goods requires its own lawful basis and required separate consent. Allocation of partly supplied services and lawful costs requires individual review, not an invented fixed deduction.

How to Request a Refund

Open your purchase record in My Page and submit a cancellation or refund request, or email hello@patternfactorywind.com with your request number and reason. Do not send passwords or card details. We record the request and review actual payment and provision records. A request does not automatically send a refund. A justified temporary download suspension requires an explicit administrator action; unrelated Starter rights are preserved.

For a valid statutory withdrawal, refunds must meet the applicable deadline: under Korean law, generally within 3 business days of withdrawal for digital content, services or unprovided goods, and of return receipt for supplied physical goods. We request payment cancellation or refund without delay as required; a provider posting delay does not replace our statutory duties. We record only a refund confirmed as completed by PayPal. A confirmed full refund disables new downloads under that paid license while retaining transaction, grant and License ID records. An administrator records a refund only after verifying its completed PayPal status; no automatic refund is promised and existing license and grant records are retained. The legal effect on previously lawful use is assessed separately; record retention is not a promise of ongoing refunded commercial rights. Partial refunds and upgrades require separate allocation review.

Governing Law

Mandatory consumer rights, including applicable rights in a customer’s country, are preserved. Cross-border purchases, minors, divisible services and custom goods are assessed under applicable law. Optional Update Access renewal is USD $50/year, with no automatic subscription. Requests can be submitted to support; renewal payment and verified period extension are not yet available.

Upgrade credit does not change statutory cancellation or refund rights and does not itself trigger a refund or license change.
