Approve payment on PayPal, then return to your purchase screen and complete the approved payment.

MASTER partner services — read before payment
1. Personal Partner Onboarding
A questionnaire and initial review help us understand your selling and teaching experience, brand, customers, equipment, and goals.
2. Business & Class Planning
Plan which products to offer first, which patterns to use in classes, and an initial direction suited to your goals.
3. Pattern Collection Planning
Choose a PFW pattern collection for your products, workshops, and classes, with your goals in mind.
4. Pricing Framework Review
Review material costs, production time, class time, expected margins, and brand positioning. Country-specific legal, tax, and accounting advice is not included.
5. Follow-up Written Advisory
Two follow-up written advisory rounds after the initial review, to be used within 12 months of purchase. Individual support is provided by email.
6. Partner Branding & Recognition
Preparation of an existing logo for a watermark-ready mark, or one simple Partner Mark, with up to two revisions; a Digital Partner Certificate; and priority support through an individually agreed contact and response schedule. Partner Profile / Listing is planned and is not immediately available. Current PDF branding supports approved brand-name text; uploaded logo image watermarking is not available.
A personalized physical partner plaque is prepared and shipped separately. Preparation and delivery may take additional time.

before you begin.
How do I choose patterns after buying BASIC or STANDARD?
After verified payment and administrator approval, BASIC provides 5 pattern selections and STANDARD provides 30. Open an eligible Pattern Detail page, choose License This Pattern, review the pattern and purchase, and confirm the use of one selection. Confirmed patterns cannot be changed at will.
Do unused pattern selections expire?
We recommend selecting your patterns within 6 months of purchase. Unused pattern selections do not expire. Eligible patterns released after your purchase can also be selected once their required commercial PDFs are ready.
Can I purchase BASIC or STANDARD again?
Yes. Each additional approved purchase adds its own selections. My Page shows each purchase separately and the combined remaining total. The oldest eligible purchase is used first.
What if I already hold a license for a pattern?
Use the existing download button. A pattern already covered by a valid Grant does not use another selection, including coverage from STARTER, PRO or MASTER. The free Starter patterns are not paid selections.
What happens to my selections when I buy PRO or MASTER?
Unused BASIC and STANDARD selections remain in your account. PRO and MASTER library access and their existing 12-month new-release benefit are separate. After that update period ends, existing Grants remain licensed and unused BASIC or STANDARD selections may be used for later patterns you do not already hold.
Does a temporary PDF download error return a selection?
No. A temporary download error does not cancel an issued Grant or automatically restore a selection. Contact support about download problems. An administrator may review a genuinely incorrect pattern confirmation or Grant error as a separate event.
Can I sell products or teach paid classes?
Yes. Use patterns granted under your license to make handmade products and teach paid workshops or classes. Factory mass production is excluded.
Can I share or resell pattern files?
No. The digital files are licensed to your account. Do not distribute, publish or resell the PDFs or SVGs, or sell modified patterns as your own.
How are downloads personalized?
STARTER, BASIC and STANDARD PDFs use your verified account email and permanent License ID. PRO and MASTER may use an approved brand under the existing approval policy. SVG is offered only where available, with the same pattern access check.
What happens after the first year?
PRO and MASTER include 12 months of eligible new releases from completed PayPal payment (KST calendar dates). Granted patterns remain licensed for continued use after that period. Optional Update Access is USD $50/year, with no automatic billing. Renewal periods continue from the previous expiration date. Email support for an individual renewal review; verified payment and extension arrangements must be confirmed before payment.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Requests are reviewed against actual provision and applicable consumer law. Digital content is not automatically non-refundable. Unprovided or divisible portions, defects and misdescription are assessed separately. Read the full Cancellation & Refund Policy before payment.
Can I use my Founding Upgrade Credit later?
Eligible Founding BASIC, STANDARD and PRO customers can request an upgrade by January 31, 2027 at 23:59 KST. The original amount actually paid is reviewed against the higher plan’s selling price at the time of upgrade. Credit is not cash-refundable or transferable. Email hello@patternfactorywind.com for an individual quote; there is no automatic upgrade.
Is DROP Curriculum available now?
DROP Curriculum and Partner Profile are planned features. They are not immediate purchase benefits.
